Richard Freeman // CEO, always possible & Founder, The Possibility Club

The tables are turned for this Possibility Club special, and regular host Richard Freeman is instead the interviewee. CJ Thorpe-Tracey from Lo Fi Arts is asking the questions.

Following a 15 year career in education, small business, the arts and local government – in 2014, Richard founded unusual development consultancy, always possible. With a diverse team that deliberately works across sector, geography and scale of project, always possible is fast gaining the reputation as the company that ‘makes things happen’ and connects strategic policy makers with grass-roots entrepreneurs, artists and community innovators.

Richard and CJ got together just before Christmas 2018 and discuss the genesis of the business, Richard’s childhood and early creative ambitions, the power of networks and the motivation behind The Possibility Club interviews.
